I've occupied many leadership roles since the age of 14, continuously honing my craft to this day. Over four decades, I've led diverse teams across various organizations, always observing that leaders are cultivated with purpose and reaped with passion and authenticity.

My journey so far...

• Music Industry Leader: For 23 years, I spearheaded projects, guided young talents, mentoring future leaders into become mature and impactful leaders.
• Senior Manager at Apple Retail: For 3 years, I managed teams, optimized operations, and fostered a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Founder & Operator of a Kids/YA Publishing Company: For 7 years, I nurtured young talent, published impactful stories, and built a beautiful business from the ground up.
• English Coach: Over the past 10 years, I have dedicated more than 6,000 hours to mentoring and tutoring, helping individuals achieve their language goals.
• Current Venture: In the third year of my coaching and mentoring venture, Rod Chabot Coach. Write. Speak. Weathercock, I aim to inspire and elevate others through personalized guidance and support.
