  I participated in coaching sessions with Rod Chabot regarding procrastination. I was looking to find the motivation to be able to apply myself in a certification program that I enrolled in. I had moments where I felt paralyzed and it took so much effort to do anything school-related. Procrastination has been an ongoing problem for me my entire life. He was able to guide me to realize that I had a fear of success. In our sessions, I found things out about myself that I didn’t even know to ask. I started off giving just 1% a day. I began to feel the momentum building and after a few weeks, I felt the motivation to start giving another 2 or 3% each day.
