  I participated in coaching sessions with Rod Chabot regarding procrastination. I was looking to find the motivation to be able to apply myself in a certification program that I enrolled in. I had moments where I felt paralyzed and it took so much effort to do anything school-related. Procrastination has been an ongoing problem for me my entire life.
