This talk is about reclaiming your curiosity, inspiring you to explore and discover your potential through experimentation so that you can find clarity, on what it is you really, really want for your life and start living life on your terms.
The weathercock has long been associated with those who never seem to make up their minds and mostly follow trends. But what if you changed your perspective and see them as curious and exploring all the possibilities life has for them before making a decision?
The key to our potential is exploring more and discovering more!
This conference is about inspiring people to stay curious and have the confidence to change their minds in order to experiment with the process of life.
The Weathercock should flow with the wind, not turn with it. It is guided by it's cardinal directions which are our core values.
The compass guides us in every decision we make, so in reality, we cannot fail, we can only learn and grow at every experience because sticking to our values means we can never go really be lost.
I take the audience on a humorous trip from past to present with my own experiences and what led me to that fateful day where my life collapsed and how redirected it through coaching, writing and speaking and creating the Weathercock concept.
Not all who wander are lost.
Being a teenager can be a challenging and confusing time. You are in the process of becoming and discovering who you really are while being confronted with so many choices. The pressure to make decisions about your future can be at times overwhelming.
Navigating your path is not always a straight line, this conference is about the power of curiosity through exploration and discovery all while experimenting with your full potential with tools you can use to help you find the clarity you need to find what it is you really, really want for your life and make that important decision!
One of my strengths is connecting with youths and teenagers. Having many relatable stories and experiences that I share that they can identify with, my goal is to inspire them to reflect and plant the seeds to making better decisions with a framework they can use in everyday life so that navigating the seas of curiosity is much clearer when on a trip to learning and growing and living a fulfilled life.
Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.
Here is my conference about setting the groundwork to understanding clearly the difference between the science of achievement and the art of fulfillment.
Through my journey, stories and experiences learn from a different perspective how I went from living miserably but successfully to living to my full potential and fulfilled!

Everyone wants to know how they can be better, how can they improve and be the best they can be. Coaching is the answer.
Coaching is not telling people what to do; it is helping them clarify and control their life. It is helping them evaluate what they are doing now in their life in the light of their goals, dreams, values and intentions. It gives them new choices and leads to change. Coaching helps a person go beyond the mental blocks of what they thought was possible.
Coaching works as a partnership between coach and client, it helps to clarify goals, to make them challenging and motivating, then to achieve those goals with the energy that comes from their deepest values.
Coaches are specially trained to work with people from all walks of life to help them achieve their goals, live their values and be the best they can be.
Counselling and therapy are to remedy the client’s problems. The client comes to therapy or counselling because they feel dissatisfied with their life and want relief from psychological and/or physical symptoms.
They want to get away from pain or discomfort rather than move towards desired goals. Therapy and counselling often seek to understand the past and what went wrong in order to be better in the present. Coaching focuses on the present and future. A coach may work with a client who has a good life but wants the coach to help them make it better still.
A mentor is a senior person in the business who guides a junior person from their greater experience. A coach does not have to be a senior person in the client’s line of business. The client has to know the business, not the coach.
Consultancy deals with the business system as a whole. A consultant's recommendations affect individuals indirectly. Coaching affects individuals directly. Coaching will very often be part of a consultant’s recommendations for a business.
